Terms Of Service

GENERAL TERMS✧ Artist have the copyright and also have the right to post the commission onto their social media. Please note if you want PRIVATE COMMISSION, and it will cost extra 30% of total price.✧ Do not claim commission as your own or edit and resell to third party. Please credit ouka_leo anywhere you post it publicly.✧ Please give me clearly and completely request with all your documents and references.✧ You have 3 free revisions. $5 for extra revision.PAYMENT & REFUND✧ Methods of payment: Paypal. You will be who pay Paypal fee (4,4%).✧ You need to pay 100% commission price when I accept your request.✧ Payment plans are accepted with Webtoon/ Manga commission. Payment will be divided into stages: Storyboard > Line art > Final Pages.✧ If within 3 days since artist accepted your commission request (unless notified in advance, the time limit will be 1 week), artist will cancel your request and will not welcome if you comeback next time.✧ You can not cancel your request when you have paid. If you still want to cancel, artist will not refund.DEADLINE✧ Please be patient, the commission may take about 1- 3 months to finish depending on the case (Calculate from the date the payment is fully paid). If I have a problem due to finishing your piece I will contact you first.✧ The artist will compensate 100% for late deadlines if the client does not want to receive the painting.✧ The artist will reduce the price of the painting by 50% if the client still wants to receive the painting.STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO SELL MY ART ON NFT

Personal Commission

Regular commission means using for non-profit purposes. For example, printing for yourself, using as avatar/wallpaper or any personal purposes.

EXTRA COSTS

DETAILS - $10 ~ $30
✧ Additional fees will be charged if the outfit has too many details.BACKGROUND - $10 ~ $50
✧ Simple background is free.
✧ Price will depend on the detail of the background.ADDING CHARACTERS - 100% price char.
✧ For example, 1 commission has 2 half body, base price is $75 x 2.ADD SMALL CREATURES/ MASCOT - $20/ char.OUTFIT/CHARACTER DESIGN - $50.

Commercial Commission

X2.5 total commission price. Please let me know your purpose clearly to use commission for.Commercial commission means using for profit purpose that brings financial gain directly or indirectly. For example, using for your brand like marketing or business purposes,…; making book cover/ printing for profit purposes; or using on social media/ streaming platforms that able to gain profit;…VTuber commission is Commercial commission.
